This Petition has been filed to relax the conditional order that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.20875 of 2024 dated 10.09.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 50 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20875 of 2024 on 10.09.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders.
