PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st to 4th respondents to consider my representation dated 26.07.2025 to conduct sub division process bearing survey number 84/2 admeasuring 59.91 ares at Sillakudi Revneue Village, Alathur Taluk, peramablur Distrct and identify the four boundaries in the said property and issue individual patta with FMB sktech within the time as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2025, whereby, he sought to conduct subdivision process and issue individual patta and F.M.B Sketch.

2.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that though at the time of registration of subject property, the petitioner had duly paid the relevant revenue individual patta subdivision process of Rs.1,600/-, the petitioner's name was not updated in his property revenue records and the Officials of the respondents' Department did not conduct any sub-division process. In this regard, the petitioner gave a representation dated 26.07.2025 to the respondents. However, till date the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2025 has not been considered by the respondents.

4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and disposed of within a period of four weeks.

5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 6.Considering the submission made by both the parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2025 and complete the entire process within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
