ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsels appearing on either side would submit in unison that the parties to the Petition have arrived at a compromise and had entered into a Terms of 1/3
compromise and the same is placed before this Court. The parties are also present before this Court.
2.Learned counsels appearing on either side would also acknowledge the said Terms of Compromise that had been entered into between the parties and requested this Court to dispose of the Petition in terms of the Terms of Compromise.
3.In view of the understanding that had been arrived at between the parties on the terms of Compromise, the O.P. is disposed of on the terms of the Terms of Compromise. The said Terms of Compromise is also annexed to this order.
