This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police ie., Inspector of Police, Vadalore Police Station, Vadalore to register the FIR as per the CSR No.315 of 2022 dated 26.05.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry in C.S.R.No.315 of 2023 has been conducted and the same has been closed as mistake of fact and closure report also served to the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
