This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused to enlarge him on bail in the event of his arrest by the respondent police in Crime No.Not known of 2023, on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up, it is informed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, enquiry is pending against the petitioner in CSR.No.500 of 2023.

3. With regard to the submission of the learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the view that, respondent police may continue with the petitioner enquiry. The petition seeking anticipatory bail would not arise.
