PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the Notification No.6/2017 dated 28.07.2017 in so far as failing to horizontally reserve the posts of Lecturer - English for persons with disabilities under clause 2 of the Notification and to direct the respondents to issue a fresh Notification or a corrigendum to the Notification No.06/2017 indicating horizontal reservation cutting across the vertical communal reservation for persons with disabilities suffering from blindness or low vision; hearing impairment; and/or locomotor disability or cerebral palsy and pass further orders.
