This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police once in a week at 10.00a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.11491 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13404 of 2023 dated 08.08.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once, on any working day at 10.30 a.m., for two months and as and when required.
