PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "BLOOMING AYURVEDIC SPA" at Sogathur Panchayat, Salem to Krishnagiri Byepass, Near M.G.R.Hotel, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District, by passing order on the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2023.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run SPA.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that so far no application has been received from the petitioner to run the SPA. If any application, contain all necessary documents, is received from the petitioner, the request of the petitioner may be considered and the respondent shall pass orders in accordance with law. 3.
