ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4987 of 2025 dated 20.03.2025, passed by this Court to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for the period of four months and apart from that he shall appear for every hearing before the trial Court regularly without fail.

2.Though the order was passed in the month of March, 2025, he executed the sureties and released on bail only in the month of July, 2025 and he has been complying with the conditions for the past two months and now he came forward with the present petition, seeking relaxation of the above said condition since the condition imposed for the period of four months.

3. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear for one more month till 27.10.2025 or till the framing of charge whichever is earlier apart from that he shall appear for every hearing before the trial Court regularly without fail.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
