This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22963 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024 to report before the Special Court for Prevention of Corruption Act Cases, Villupuram, on all working days at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation is pending.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition No.7(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22963 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for Prevention of Corruption Act Cases, Villupuram, on the first working day of every month at 10.30a.m., and also before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
