ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the passed by this Court dated 12.08.2025 in para 5(i) and (ii) of the order in Crl.M.P.No.15382 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.1383 of 2025. 1/4

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the above petition filed for modification of the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15382 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.1383 of 2025. It is further submitted that after filing of this petition, a compromise arrived at between the parties and in view of the above compromise, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw Rs.1,10,000/- from the learned XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai as well as this modification petition. 3.Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that they received the entire cheque amount. He further submitted that the respondent and petitioner have reached a compromise and further the respondent has no objection to withdraw 20% of cheque amount of Rs.

1,10,000/- from the learned XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai. 4.Considering the above compromise arrived at between the parties and the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw 20% of cheque amount i.e., Rs.1,10,000/- from the learned XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.In view of the above, the criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
