JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The present Writ Appeal has been instituted against the Writ Order dated 05.11.2024 passed in W.P.No.15297 of 2024. 2/6
2. The Writ Petitioners are the Appellants herein.
3. The Writ Petition has been instituted challenging the order dated 28.07.2022 passed by the District Collector, Cuddalore District. The Writ Court dismissed the Writ Petition on the ground that the very same Impugned Order came to be challenged in W.P.No.13571 of 2023 and the Writ Court earlier dismissed the said Writ Petition on 17.07.2023 that became final. No Writ Appeal has been preferred against the order dated 17.07.2023 and therefore the order dated 17.07.2023 has become final.
4. Pertinently, the Appellants have filed Review Application No.36 of 2024 against the Writ Order dated 17.07.2023 passed in W.P.No.13571 of 2023.
5. Therefore, the order of the District Collector dated 28.07.2022 became final and no further appeal has been filed against the said Writ Order.
6. In view of the fact that the very same Impugned Order of the District Collector dated 28.07.2022 came to be challenged in W.P.No.15297 3/6
of 2024, this Court does not find any infirmity in respect of the Writ Order which is now challenged in the present Intra-Court Appeal. Consequently, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs.
