ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 30268 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition and final report not yet filed.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.30268 of 20245 dated 09.12.2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 a.m. for another period of three months.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
