This petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed petitioner No.5 namely K.Jayalakshmi as the legal representative of the deceased first petitioner and rank her as the petitioner No.5 in the above civil revision petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the cause title.
