These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 144 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third respondent, to set aside the abatement on account of the death of the third respondent and to bring the respondents 6 to 8 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased third respondent. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions and since the respondents have given no objection in allowing these petitions, these petitions are ordered. 4.

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
