ORDER

Heard both sides and perused the records.

2. On a perusal of records, it reveals that this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18778 of 2025. dated 30.07.2025 with certain conditions. Subsequently, the petitioner has filed Crl.M.P.No.16292 of 2025 seeking to modify the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 18778 of 2025. dated 30.07.2025 and the same

was dismissed by order dated 01.09.2025 for non-compliance of the earlier order dated 30.07.2025. While that being the case, the petitioner again filed the present petition seeking to modify the conditions.

3. Since the petitioner has not been complied with the earlier order dated 30.07.2025, already the petition in Crl.M.P.No.16292 of 2025, dated 01.09.2025 was dismissed, there is no grounds to modify the conditions in this petition. However, this Court is inclined to extends time for a period of one week to comply with the earlier order Crl.O.P.No. 18778 of 2025. dated 30.07.2025 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
