C.M.P.Nos.27260 & 27264 of 2025 in A.S.Nos.550 & 551 of 2021 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

AND K.KUMARESH BABU (Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan,J.) These petitions have been filed to bring on record the brother of the first appellant/son of the second appellant as the second appellant in the appeals to prosecute the appeals further, consequent to the death of the second appellant - T.V.Ponnusamy, who is the father of the first appellant and also the proposed second appellant.

2. In the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, it has been stated that pending the appeals, the petitioner's father - T.V.Ponnusamy died and this requires the other legal heir, namely, the proposed appellant also to be impleaded to prosecute the appeals.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the respondent.

4. Since the cause survives to the proposed appellant, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions stand allowed.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the appeals, indicating the death of the second appellant and bringing on record the proposed appellant.
