This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to direct the respondents to measure the petitioner's land, viz., properties in Survey No.73/13B Kallakurichi Village, Kallakurichi Taluk and District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the owner of properties in Survey No.73/13B Kallakurichi Village, Kallakurichi Taluk and District, and he purchased the same under registered sale deed dated 26.12.1988 and that he is in continuous possession of the said property.
It is also submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had paid the required fee for the purpose of surveying his land and for fixation of boundary on 19.07.2021 vide challan No.20210719239403 and filed an application before the authorities for the same. But, there was no response from the respondents even after a lapse of two years and hence, this writ petition.

Learned Additional Government Pleader representing the respondents submitted that if this Court directs the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2021 within a stipulated period, the said direction will be complied with. 5.
Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 6.
Considering the limited scope of the relief sought, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2021 as quickly as possible at any rate not later than four weeks from the date of uploading this order.
