This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the disobedience and non-compliance of the common order of this Court dated 13.06.2022 in W.P.No.23756 of 2017.
2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a Surveyor was appointed before inspecting consignment of R22 Refrigerant Gas stored in four containers imported way back in the year 2015 by the petitioner. The Surveyor has given a report stating that two of the containers were empty and in other two containers there were residual R22 Refrigerant Gas. It has been further stated that all the four containers are not seaworthy for being re-exported. 3.Considering the above, the Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the parties to workout available remedy if any in accordance with law.
