ORDER
When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasion i.e., 11.07.2024, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 15.07.2024 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. Even though, the matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present to prosecute the matter. Hence the Criminal Revision case is dismissed for non prosecution.
