Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relevant to the order in Ni.Mu.(K-3) r.p.31/02 (51597/2000) dated 28.8.2003 passed by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal, improper, unreasonable arbitrary against the rule of law and natural justice and thereby direct the respondents 1 to 4 to issue individual patta to the petitioner for the entire property consisting of 2.45 acres in Survey Nos.203/2, 277/4, 277/6 and 277/8 of Kiliyur village, Ulundurpettai Taluk, Villupuram District.
