ORDER

This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue seeking for a direction to the second respondent to produce the petitioner's son, Nishant, Son of Sanjeev, aged 7 years and 8 months from the custody of the third respondent before this Court and hand over to the custody of the petitioner's son Nishant to the petitioner.

2. The child/detenu, Nishant, S/o Sanjeev aged 7 years is produced before this Court. He is in the custody of his father/3rd respondent herein. There is no illegal detention.
