C.R.P.No.4303 of 2022 and C.M.P.No.22613 of 2022 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN,J.

This Court vide order dated 21.06.2023 directed the learned Principal Subordinate Judge to dispose of the R.C.A.No. 1 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order which ends on 19.08.2023.

2. Whileso, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge has circulated a letter dated 24.08.2023 stating that due to nonavailability of records, two more weeks is required to dispose the above said R.C.A. Hence two weeks time is granted to dispose of the above R.C.A from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
