ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 21.11.2019 passed by the first respondent thereby rejecting the renewal of lease period.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the sole petitioner died and so far no step has been taken to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner. 3.

Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as abated. However, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are at liberty to substitute themselves in the place of the petitioner. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
