ORDER

In a proposed suit seeking permission to sell the Judge's summons schedule mentioned property, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue under Section 92 of Code of Civil Procedure before this Court.

the cause of action for the suit arose within the jurisdiction of this Court.

3. Upon considering the above submissions and examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in support of this Application, the cause of action for this suit has arisen partly within the jurisdiction of this Court. Consequently, A.No.1009 of 2025 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue under Section 92 of Code of Civil Procedure before this Court.
