2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that a mistake has crept into the 1st paragraph of the order passed by this Court vide order dated 22.11.2023. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above statement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the 1st paragraph of the order dated 22.11.2023 is to be read as follows:

"The petitioner seeks bail in Crime No.187 of 2023, registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) & 22(B)IIA of NDPS Act, and Section 77 of Juvenile Justice Act, 2015. The petitioner had ben remanded to judicial custody on 11.10.2023."

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 22.11.2023 and re-issue a fresh order copy. 24.11.2023 ata/rjr Note : Issue order copy on 24.11.2023.
