[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] Captioned 'Writ Petition' {hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity} has been filed assailing a 'notice dated 21.10.2024 passed by the third respondent' {hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity} under Section 6 of 'the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 (Tamil Nadu Act III of 1905)' {hereinafter 'said 1905 Act' for the sake of brevity}.
2. When the matter was taken up, Mr.N.Chinnaraj, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned WP but made a plea to preserve all rights and contentions of writ petitioner to canvass all points including the point that the writ petitioner was not show caused, in appeal under Section 10 of said 1905 Act or revision under Section 10-A of said 1905 Act as the case may be. Saying so, learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned Page Nos.2/4

3. Captioned WP is disposed of as withdrawn / closed albeit with preservation of rights of the writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner.
