(Order of the court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This miscellaneous petition has been filed to direct the registry to return the original partition deed dated 09.12.2010 marked as Ex.B14 in O.S.No.80 of 2013 by substituting a certified copy in the above appeal suit.

Mr.N.Manoharan, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the certified copy of the partition deed dated 09.12.2010 has already been substituted and marked as Ex.B14 in O.S.No.80 of 2013.

Therefore, the Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. However, it is made clear that the petitioner is directed to produce the originals, whenever required by the Court for examination.
