ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, a representation was filed by the petitioner to take suitable action and prevent the villagers from burying the Human Corpses in petitioners Agricultural Patta land in Survey No.384A, 387A, 382B and in Survey No.388B/2 in Thuthikaadu Village, Kaniyambadi Madura, Vellore Taluk and District-632 113. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition.
3. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a period of 12 weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2022 and dispose of the same, after issuing due notice to the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
