This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the Award dated 19.02.2016 made in I.D. (T) No.13/2013 on the file of the 20 th

respondent/Industrial Tribunal at Pondicherry and quash the same and consequently, remand the I.D. (T) No.13/2013 to the file of the Industrial Tribunal at Pondicherry with direction to give opportunity to the petitioners herein to present their case and lead evidence to decide afresh.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners reported 'no instructions'.
