The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.10.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) & 25 of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.254 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner was found in possession of 1.250 Kgs of Ganja, which had been seized. It is also stated that there are ten previous cases against the petitioner. 3..Taking all these factors into consideration, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
