These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to permit the appellant/petitioner to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Jagannathan (respondent No.2); to condone the delay of 1394 days to the set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Jagannathan; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Jagannathan (Respondent No.2) in the above Second Appeal.
2. I have gone through the affidavit in support of the application.
3. The Learned Counsel for the 1st respondent has no objection in allowing these applications. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
4. Issue notice to the newly impleaded respondents returnable by 25.03.2024. Post this matter on 25.03.2024.
