Seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2023, this writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. According to the petitioner, he is an Ex-Service Man, who applied for issuance of patta for the agricultural lands to an extent of 3 acres in S.No.69/1, Melkanippur, Tandarampattu Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District. Finally, he sent a representation dated 13.07.2023 to the 2nd respondent, seeking patta. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the above prayer.

4. Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the same on its own merits and 2/4

as per the relevant rules and regulations, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 05.06.2024 gya Index : Yes/No To 1.The District Collector, Thiruvannamalai District Thiruvannamalai.
