This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner "shall appear before the learned District Mahila Judge (Fast Track Court) at Thiruvallur on every working day at 10.30 am until further orders, thereafter as and when required for interrogation" in Crl.O.P.No.20124 of 2024 on 28.08.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that Spl.SC No.155 of 2024 has been assigned before the trial Court and the next hearing date has also been fixed on 25.11.2024 before the trial Court.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20124 of 2024 on 28.08.2024 in 6(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on 25.11.2024 and thereafter, on the hearing dates fixed by the Court concerned.
