Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to include the Karate disciple in the list of Sports enlisted for Sports Reservation Quota of 10% in the Recruitment process so as to enable the Karate personalities be benefited in the available Reservation in Sports Quota without any discrimination in view of the petitioner's representations dated 22.9.2021 and 13.10.2023.
