Earlier, this court by an order dated 02.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18262 of 2022 granted bail with a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders and subsequently by an order dated 25.08.2022 in Crl.M.P. No.13258 of 2022, it was modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice in a week i.e. on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders. Thereafter, by an order dated 28.09.2022 in Crl.M.P. No. 14780 of 2022, it was modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Now, the present petition has been filed to relax the said condition. 1/3
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. He would further submit that so far final report not filed. Hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.
4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. No. 14780 of 2022, dated 28.09.2022 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Friday at 10.30 a.m. for the period of three months.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
