Respondent(s) PRAYER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service to the suitable post by considering long period of 8 years service and the educational qualification based on the petitioner's representations dated 12.08.2025 & 14.08.2025 respectively.

By consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.
2. The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service to the suitable posts such as Salesman, Manager, Accountant, Clerk, Night Watchman and Helper by considering long period of 8 years service under the respondents based on the petitioner's representations dated 12.08.2025 & 14.08.2025 respectively.
3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner
was appointed as Bakery Assistant in the respondent/ Co~operative Store on 05.04.2017 on daily wage basis and he has completed more than 8 years of service. However, his service has not been regularised by the respondents. It is the further submission of the petitioner that he is entitled to be regularised and in this connection, he has sent representations on 12.08.2025 & 14.08.2025 respectively and such representations are pending before the Official respondents.
5. At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the petitioner's representations will be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.
6. In such view of the submission, without going into the merits of the Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 12.08.2025 & 14.08.2025 respectively and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law,
within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 17-09-2025 dn Index:Yes/No
