2. In the light of the above development, it is left open to the petitioner to file protest petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palacode and work out her remedy. On the alternative, if the petitioner is not satisfied with the investigation conducted by the respondent police, it is left open to the petitioner to seek for transfer of investigation.
