This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25297 of 2024 by order dated 15.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before Judicial Magistrate No.II, Panruti daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 16 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25297 of 2024 on 15.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
