This petition has been filed to grant an order of exemption from surrendering the petitioner in STC No.708/2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Jayankondam.

3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
