MAHADEVAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.18777 of 2019 IN CRL.RC.NO.742 OF 2018 K.S.SIVAKUMAR [ PETITIONER / PETITIONER ] Vs M.SENTHILKUMAR [ RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- imposed by order dated 27.07.2018 made in Crl.MP.No.8568 of 2018 in Crl.RC.No.742 of 2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.S.KARTHIK RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8568/2018 in Crl.R.C.No.742 of 2018 dated 27.07.2018, directing him to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- before the trial court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to financial constrains, the petitioner was not able to comply with the condition imposed in the earlier order of this Court, dated 27.07.2018, namely, to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- before the Trial Court. However, now the petitioner would comply with the condition, if the time to deposit the amount is extended.

3. Acceding to the said request, time is extended by four weeks from today to deposit such amount. It is made clear that, excepting the time extension, the other conditions imposed in the earlier order dated 27.07.2018 shall remain unaltered.
