This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to issue a ''No Objection Certificate'' to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e. Cross relaxation massage in the Name and Style of '' Blue Bell Salon and Spa'' at Door no.1, Sakthi Center, Marudhamalai Road, near Indian Bank, Vadavali Police Station, Coimbatore District by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing the respondents 1 & 2. 3.The petitioner alleges that the representation dated 03.11.2023 given to the respondent police seeking ''No Objection Certificate'' has not been considered.

4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the representation without necessary particulars cannot be considered for 2/4

issuance of ''No Objection Certificate'' to run Spa, since it requires certain basic statutory compliance.

5.In the light of the above fact, this petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner herein to make proper application for consideration by the respondent police for issuance of ''No Objection Certificate''. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
