Seeking extension of ordinary leave already granted by this Court, the present petition has been filed.

2. Inasmuch as the there is no dispute with respect to ailment suffered by the convict and for continuing the treatment which is yet to be over, we are inclined to extend the leave granted earlier till 14.12.2019.

3. The miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
