O R D E R
Vide, order, dated 28/6/2024, in Crl.M.P.No.9251 of 2024 in Crl.M.P.No.828 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.99 of 2024, this Court had directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Now, the petitioner has filed this petition to relax the above condition.
2. Heard Mr.L.Muralikrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Mohan (Spl.P.P.) CBI for the respondent.
3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, in Crl.M.P.No.9251 of 2024 in Crl.M.P.No.828 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.99 of 2024, as follows:- "The petitioner is required to appear once in four months before the trial Court, i.e., on the first Page No:2/4
working day of January, May and September, 2025, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. In the event of Monday being holiday, the petitioner shall appear on the next working day at 10.30 a.m."
5. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
