It is seen from records that notice sent by this Court to the proposed parties namely respondents 2 and 3 was refused. Therefore, the notice is deemed to be served.

2. However, the private notice taken by the counsel to the respondents 2 and 3 served and proof affidavit filed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, both the C.M.P's are allowed.

4. Registry is directed carry out the necessary amendment and list the civil revision petitions for final disposal on 12.01.2024.
