Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that due to bifurcation of Districts, the property is now transferred from the jurisdiction of the Tahsildar, Thiruporur Taluk to the Tahsildar, Vandalur Taluk, with effect from 01.01.2020. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make fresh application for granting patta to the concerned authority and he has made an endorsement to that effect.
