Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First to Third Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 25.03.2015. For Petitioner :

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First to Third Respondents to consider the representation dated 25.03.2015 made by the Petitioner and pass orders thereon in accordance with law by recognizing the Petitioner as having majority following of employees.

It has been brought to notice that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the First Respondent by Order in Na. Ka. No. ASP3/33116/2017 dated 21.08.2017 has disposed the said representation made by Petitioner and its copy has been produced. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is not precluded from working out its rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
