2. This Court while disposing of the present writ petition on 29.11.2023, had issued certain directions and the case was ordered to be listed on 31.01.2024 for reporting compliance. Thereafter, when the matter came up before this Court on 31.01.2024 and 01.02.2024, it was adjourned.

3. Today (05.02.2024), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Secretary to Government, Revenue and Disaster Management Department has filed a compliance report dated 02.02.2024. The same are recorded.
