ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.209 of 2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent on instructions submitted that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed on 24.08.2023, before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Hosur in both Crime Nos.209 and 210 of 2023. The e-filing number was also produced before this Court.

In view of the above development and in view of the fact that there is a case and counter which resulted in a final report in both the cases, there is no scope to interfere with the FIR and accordingly, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
