ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to expedite and conclude the proceedings pending in S.A.No. 116 of 2019 in a time bound manner.

2. Though the aforesaid case has been filed by the private respondents, considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, in which a direction is sought to expedite the proceedings, we are of the view that no notice is required to the said respondents.

3. In such view of the matter, we direct the first respondent to expedite the proceedings in S.A.No.116 of 2019 and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
